The Tombow MONO Permanent Adhesive Applicator is great for card making, scrapbooking and junk journaling! Bonds instantly, cleanly and wrinkle free and is safe to use on paper, photos, cardstock, etc. The applicator is easy to use - press applicator to paper to apply consistent line of adhesive. The compact design makes applicator easy to hold and portable. Smooth, skip-free application won't warp or wrinkle paper. Easy to refill with snap-in refill cartridge. Approved Photographic Activity Test (PAT). 1/3 in. x 472 in. Permanent bond.
