Really happy with these bright neon labels We switched over to the high visibility labels for our visitor badges this year and they are outstanding. They stand out so much more than the normal white labels we were using before and we really like them because they are super easy to spot on in the reception area. We will pre-print the whole pack of twelve pages and set them in the reception are next to the sign in sheets. They work well, stand out (obviously!), and very easy to use the Avery templates on Microsoft Word. Neon looks good in all 4 colors.

HOW DO I PRINT ON THESE LABELS? WHAT IS THE AVERY EQUIVALENT, SO MY COMPUTER WILL PRINT ON THE DOTS?

1. Input your original Universal item number into the search bar of www.OnTimeSupplies.com

2. The Avery equivalent, if available, will then appear next to the original item.

3. Copy the equivalent Avery item number - AVE 05463

4. Open a new tab and visit www.Avery.com 

5. Paste the Avery item number you copied in step 3 into the search bar.

6. Download the template. 

7. Customize your template and enjoy!

Has anyone used these? I'm looking for labels that stay stuck to the folder as Avery no longer makes labels that are permanently adhered to manila file folders.

I understand your concern, these lables are made for single use archiving and will not turn yellow, however they are not made to endure moisture hence the reason they can not be classified as permanent.

Universal doesn't offer templates, but there is often an Avery compatible product available that does offer a template. In this case, you can use the Avery template for Avery 5660. To get the template, go to www.Avery.com and enter the product number (5660) into the search field. Click on the item and then click on View templates (to the left) to download the template. Customize your template and enjoy!

Please follow these easy instructions to access your template!

1. Input your original Universal item number into the search bar.

2. The Avery equivalent, if available, will then appear next to the original item.

3. Copy the equivalent Avery item number.

4. Open a new tab and visit www.Avery.com 

5. Paste the Avery item number you copied in step 3 into the search bar.

6. Delete the "AVE" from the beginning of the Avery item number and press search. 

7. Download the template. 

8. Customize your template and enjoy!

Is it possible to add a custom label to these along with text & print on my HP office jet 4630?

The Avery Matte Clear Easy Peel Shipping Labels are compatible with inkjet printers so they should work with your HP Office Jet. Avery offers templates which you can use to combine new and old designs. Just go to www.Avery.com and enter the product number into the search field to find your template. If you have trouble combining designs, Avery also offers support.

is there a template or information on how to format to print from my excel file to the labels?

While we don't offer templates directly, you can go to Avery.com to make use of Avery templates for their products. Simply type in the product number into the search field in the top right corner of the page (in this case, the product number is 5162) and then click on the link for the product. If a Template is available, it will be listed here, beneath the product image. Click on View Template and the select the Template you'd like to view. If you need help formatting your labels, you can contact Avery by clicking on the Help tab and viewing the FAQ or contacting Avery directly. Good luck and have fun!
