If you are not 100% satisfied with your office supplies purchase, simply return them to us within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date and we'll give you a full refund (less round-trip shipping).

Quick Overview:

Change of Mind: You are free to return almost any unopened item within 30 days of receipt. Items received after this will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Damaged/Defective Orders: All damages to be reported within 10 business days from the date of order. We will offer you either a replacement order or a full refund. We will pay all shipping.

Shortage/Wrong filled Orders: All shortages to be reported within 10 business days from the date of order. We will ship you out the shorted item ASAP.

Please follow the steps listed below to ensure the return or exchange of your discount office supplies is properly completed:

  1. Complete and submit the Return/Exchange Authorization Form (RMA). E-mail an image of the defective/damaged/wrong filled product to support@ontimesupplies.com
  2. A Return Authorization number and instructions on where to ship your items will be sent to your email address within 48 hours.
  3. Follow the return instructions carefully. Failure to do so could invalidate your return.
  4. Once returned office products are received, please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. Leaving out any of the steps outlined above could result in processing delays and/or restocking fees.

Note: A return authorization number is required for all returned and exchange items. The RMA number is only valid for 14 days after it has been issued.

Shipping/Restocking Fees:

  • Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping on returned items. If you received free shipping, then actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We will provide return shipping labels on request; the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Returns received more than 30 days after the original order date will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
  • If the return is the result of our error, we will pay all shipping costs.
  • Bulk & wholesale office supplies shipped factory direct will have a minimum 15% restocking fee applied.

Which supplies are not returnable?

  • Clearance Items.
  • Food items.
  • Medicine and first aid supplies.
  • Special order or custom-made products.
  • Some items that are sent to Amazon or Amazon resellers are not returnable.
  • Unboxed items. We only sell new items and we can not resell items that are not properly packaged.

Cancellations:

On Time Supplies uses a prompt and efficient processing system. Because of this, it is often difficult to cancel an order after it has been placed. Once your order has been sent to our warehouse, where it is processed for shipment, it cannot be changed or canceled.
