I wanted file folders for my personal use that are the same as available at my government job. I found that this type of file folder is unavailable at most office supply outlets. OnTimeSupplies had exactly what I needed.

These are nice binders. Shipping time was outstanding. However, the spine vues are not as straight as I would like and when I place my spine sheet in, it sits a little crooked.

The length of the envelopes is a bit less than advertised. My 8" x 12" photos just make it into the envelope.

The company is excellent because of the quick delivery. The outer package was damaged, but it did not effect the box with the envelopes.

I recommend "On Time Supplies" over "Amazon" what I normally chose.

Is this made for one or two badges?

This ID/Security Card Holder set it designed to hold one badge in a landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) manner. 

Two badges may be able to fit depending on thickness, but this is not recommended.

Each pack contains 10 separate badge holders.

How do you fix one of these locks that have been took off?

According to the manufacturer the lock should not be able to be removed from the lock box. However in the case that the lock is removed this item has a one-year warranty which can be carried out directly with the manufacturer. If it has been over a year, the purchase of a new box is suggested.
