Half, letter, double parallel and z-folds are standard in most machines. All of the standard fold styles can be used with #10 business envelopes. If you need to make custom folds, choose models that allow users to manually set the folds.

Automatic only feed systems can only fold single-page documents. You need a manual feed machine, or an automatic machine with a manual setting, to process multi-page documents.
