What is the number of the replacement ribbons that I need to order with the time clock LTH1600E?

The Lathem Time, 1600E Wireless Atomic Time Recorder with Tru-Align Feature uses VIS6008 Ribbon, Purple.

This ribbon is also compatible with Latham 900E, 1000E, 1500E, 5000EP, 7000E and 7500E electronic time recorders

Can you reset your cards and re use them for other employees?

Yes!!  The cards/badges included with the kit can be reset to be reused.


The Proximity is a dynamic system that enables employees to clock in and out by simply waving their badge in front of the clock, by kepad entry, or any networked PC you choose.  The terminal can be set up to display in Enlgish, French or Spanish.  The system includes software for 50 employees, 15 badges, and one terminal kit.

What is the web option?

Hi Corey,

Thank you very much for your question about he timeQplus Time and Attendance System with web option.  So basically most time clocks come with software that allows you to run reports, keep your employee information, and some light analysis.  The web option offers all these featurers, but it allows your empoyees submit their hours remotely.  They can use their mobile devices, their home pc or laptop, or remotely through their web portal.  


It is a great option if you have sales people or other employees who may work from home.  It is billable on a monthly basis, which would be direct from Acroprint, and all their pricing options can be found on the Acroprint website.
