Directions for Use: Consult your Betco Warewash Distributor for detailed instructions for your specific application. Always follow proper procedures when replacing empty containers.1 Do not add bleach. Not for use in dishwashers.Caution: Keep out of reach of children. If Gain gets in eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If swallowed, drink a glass of water to dilute.1 Product is highly concentrated. For washing sinks, use 1:256 dilution. Soak, scrub and/or rinse dishes until clean.2 Recommended for supermarket, institutional and restaurant use where fast grease emulsification and lasting suds are a must. Allow pots and pans to soak for a few minutes. Hot water works better than cold. Use at 1 - 2 oz. per 10 gallons (30 - 60 mL/38 liters) of water. NOTE: All equipment or surfaces subject to direct contact with food should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water following use. For general dishwashing: Use as you would any dishwashing detergent. To kill 99.9% of Bacteria* on Dishware: Remove excess food by scraping or wiping. For heavily soiled or greasy surfaces, a pre-wash is necessary. Dilute 1 part product to 20 parts water. Allow dishes to sit in solution for 30 seconds, then wash and rinse thoroughly as you normally would. Make-up a fresh solution when wash water is soiled. To Clean Kitchen Surfaces: Dilute as needed and then apply to sinks, countertops, stovetops and related surfaces. Wipe with a wet cloth as you normally would. For Residential Use Only. Do not use in automatic dishwashers. STORAGE: Store in a cool place out of reach of children. DISPOSAL: Refillable container. Refill only with this product. Do not use this container for any other purpose. Offer for recycling if available.1 Use 1.0 mL to 3 mL per liter (0.128 to 0.384 oz./gal.) of water, depending on water hardness and soil conditions. , Feed automatically into the dishmachine using a Diversey dispensing system. , Contact your Diversey representative for correct set-up and operating conditions for your operation. , Store at room temperature and avoid freezing. , Do not use on aluminum or other soft metals.1
