Hi Susan,

Thank you very much for your question about the First Aid Only Antiseptic Cleansing Wipes.

First Aid Only is located in Vancouver, WA, and they make their antiseptic wipes in the United States. They are made with Benzalkonium Chloride, an alcohol alternative that reduces the risk of skin infections.

Unlike alcohol wipes, you can apply Benzalkonium Chloride directly to wounds without damaging tissue or impeding healing. You can also use them to disinfect the surface of  unbroken skin. First Aid Only Antiseptic Wipes are effective against fungi, bacteria, protozoa and viruses.

Hope this answers your question!
