Thank you for your question about what is the "speical design" for the Cline sheet protector. The answer is that this is really just a simple sheet protector, considered a heavy with sheet protector by most companies. We think that they use this as marketing play. There is no flap or lip on this item. I did a little resarch for you and think I may of been able to come up with a couple of products that may fit you needs.
