NO they are not considered latex free. They are made out of "natural rubber" which contains latex. If you want a latex free rubberband I would suggest looking at the Alliance NON-Latex brand rubberbands. They are certified non-latex free and they will stand behind their product.
Depends on the size of the rock!
Size 62 rubber bands are 2.5" long. The Universal brand bands have an elongation factor of 625%. So, if we do the math, 2.5 x 6.25, we see the size 62 rubber bands can stretch to 15.625 inches.
Hi Cesar,
Thank you for your question about Universal Rubber Bands.
Standard rubber bands are sized by the flat length, or the length of the band from end to end when lying flat.
So, if you need a band with a total circumference of 14", you'll need 7" bands, the longest standard length available. Universal offers 7" bands in two sizes:
However, if you need a non-standard, oversized rubber band with a 14" flat length and 28" overall circumference, we offer Alliance® SuperSize Rubber Bands. This color-coded variety pack includes eight green 14" bands.
You can learn more about rubber band styles and sizes in our rubber band buying guide.
Hope this answers your question!
Best,
Frankye
