I spoke with the manufacturer about the 3-part Digital Carbonless Form Paper, 8 1/2" x 11", White, Yellow, 167 Sheets per Ream, and they assured me that as long as the paper is acclimated to the same temperature as the printer, you’ll have no issues. If your warehouse stores the paper at 40 degrees and you bring it into your warmer office, just let it acclimate for about 36 hours before printing. Alternatively, if you’re printing in a 40-degree environment, that’s fine too—the key is matching the paper and printer temperatures. Think of it like easing fish into a new tank; you want both environments to be the same for best results!
