CR2032 and CR2025 batteries are both 3-volt lithium coin cells. However, the CR2032 is thicker and has a higher capacity. You can often substitute a CR2032 for a CR2025 if the device can fit the extra thickness. But using a CR2025 in place of a CR2032 might lead to fit or contact problems. Always use the battery type recommended by your device for the best performance.
