The Pinnacle 27 EZload Roll Laminator has a one-year warranty with the manufacturer GBC which can be reached at 1-800-541-0094.
The laminator is working, however it hesitates and makes a knocking sound when the rollers are engaged. Is there a Pinnacle 27 EZload Laminator, 27" Max Document Width, 3 mil Max Document Thickness
