Avery does not sell the tabs separately from the index dividers. The best solution to your problem is to use clear Avery labels AVE5667 or AVE8667. For the 5-tab index tab sets, you can use the labels as they are. However, for the 8-tab sets, you'll need to cut the labels down to size.
