All Wilson Jones binders have back-mounted rings that allow the binder pages to lie flat against the back cover when the binder is open.
Please advise how the ring mechanism is fastened to the book? Is if fastened to the back cover of the notebook, al Heavy-Duty D-Ring Binder with Extra-Durable Hinge, 3 Rings, 1.5" Capacity, 11 x 8.5, Black Binders
Please advise how the ring mechanism is fastened to the book? Is if fastened to the back cover of the notebook, allowing the pages to lay against the back cover when open.
