The binder you selected does not have a clear front overlay and is not a view binder.

I ordered 36 red binders from OnTimeSupplies on a Friday afternoon. They arrived first thing Monday morning. When I opened them they were even better than what I had expected. The binders were very good quality red on the outside and black on the inside. My students loved the look as soon as they came in. For the price of $1.75 each, they were an amazing deal. I could not find these folders in any store to fit my PTO budget. These same folders in the store were going for over $2 a piece, I save a good percentage online. I will be ordering these folders each year of teaching.

Good product for the price. Especially the fact that they offer bulk discount pricing for almost all of the ring binder sizes.
