SHIPPING CHARGES FOR OFFICE SUPPLIES
As a customer of On Time Supplies, you will be able to take advantage of our FREE shipping or $7.95 flat rate shipping for all items that can be sent via UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous United States. (see details below).
FREE SHIPPING: Customers residing in the 48 contiguous states receive FREE delivery on all orders over $75.00 (some restrictions apply*).
FLAT RATE SHIPPING: All orders under $75.00 receive flat-rate shipping of $7.95 (some restrictions apply**).
*Furniture deliveries by common carriers will vary based on current shipping rate, weight and size of item, and the ability to deliver. Shipping rates start at $59.00 for non-UPS products.
**Additional shipping charges for orders that are oversize or require common carrier will be added to your final receipt, which will be e-mailed to your attention.
Shipping restrictions include but are not limited to:
Orders under $75 (under 40lb) incur a flat rate of $7.95 Orders over $75 (over 40lb) incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of the exact charges by a customer service representative prior to you order being processed.
Orders not Shippable via UPS will ship by common carrier. A minimum charge of $59 (dock to dock) will apply. Extra charges for a lift gate truck , inside delivery and furniture set up will apply.
DELIVERY
Same-day shipping, 24-48 hour delivery: Orders placed before 1:30PM your local time zone, Monday through Friday, paid with credit card without complications are normally shipped the same day via UPS Ground service. Utilizing our national distribution network, orders ship from the distribution centers nearest the shipping address. If you require guaranteed next day delivery please call our customer service so we can provide your final cost. With normal delivery you will most likely receive your order the next UPS business day.
Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone.
Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day.
Orders paid by company checks are shipped once payment is received.
Please note, however, overnight delivery is not guaranteed, is not available in all areas, and may be delayed due to stock availability or products unable to be shipped via UPS.
CAN I PICK UP OFFICE SUPPLIES AT AN ON TIME SUPPLIES WAREHOUSE?
On Time Supplies has a national warehouse network of over 35 warehouses across the United States of America. Our locations are built for fast delivery of over 40,000 products. We are happy to provide the ability to have customers pick up office supplies, furniture supplies, janitorial supplies, and computer supplies at our locations. Please call customer service at 866-501-6055, and let them know that you need to have a "will-call" order placed and which location you would like pick up from.
WHEN WILL MY OFFICE FURNITURE ORDER ARRIVE?
Furniture orders from the online catalog are only available within local trading areas. However, furniture deliveries may be scheduled for specific weekdays in certain areas.
DOES ON TIME SUPPLIES DELIVER TO MAIL DROP LOCATIONS?
A "Mail Drop" location is an address where a business or service accepts mail deliveries on behalf of a customer. On Time Supplies will deliver to Mail Drop locations such as a UPS Store (formerly Mail Boxes Etc.). However, On Time Supplies is unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
DOES ON TIME SUPPLIES SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES?
We are sorry, but we are unable to offer shipping outside of the 48 Contiguous States of America, Alaska, and Hawaii.
