For what it's worth, I would have given you '10' on everything, and sent this as my comment: "The order was delayed because I made a mistake on the credit card number. When I called On Time Supplies, they cleared it up immediately and the agent was great to deal with. Shipping couldn't have been faster. I would rather let you know directly how appreciative I am of the product and the service I received. I guess where I live this is a southern tradition to address anything person to person. On August 28, 2007 I ordered item QRT773630 from On Time Supplies. I was advised that the item would arrive on Thursday Sept 1, 2007. And low and behold you lived up to the standard. When I arrived home UPS had dropped off my package. My wife and I eagerly opened the package and the display board was just what we had wanted and we were very pleased with the item and especially the fast dependable shipping. This was a Fantastic Experience in every way. I bought 10 of my favorite Gel RT Retractable Gel Ink Roller Ball Pens by Universal (no order # but it was placed on 1/28/07 at 8:01 pm and sent to me with tracking #1ZX844560388005201). Only 44 cents each but $7.95 shipping, so they came out to $1.24 each. I thought it was worth it, but at least 4 have run out of ink in an extremely short time (like 3 weeks). I don't know which word to use to describe the experience that I just had with you company. Surreal, Unreal, Magical, Unbelievable or did I just dream that happened. I'll explain to you why. So I'm looking around on the internet on a Saturday afternoon. I want to find a oak desk that I saw on Costco's site. I hit your web page with google and I am amazed at how well it is put together. I see that the price for the desk is cheaper than Costco and I will have to pay Utah sales tax at Costco on top of it. I decide to call the toll free number and get Miles who is just leaving after working through Saturday afternoon. We chit chat for awhile and it doesn't take me long to realize what a great person Miles probably is. I worked customer support at Novell for twelve years and believe me you learn how to pick up on a person by voice tone and attitude. He shows me more advanced features of the web page and explains that I can save shipping costs by picking the desk up myself in Salt Lake. The desk we looked at together is not what I really want and he needs to get going. He promises to call me back Monday afternoon. He shows me how to search the site better and in less than 1 minute I find the exact desk with the features that I want. I bookmark the page and then forgot about it.

I'm in the middle of remodeling my home and was very busy Monday. Miles calls like he promised which made me happy because I had forgot all about the desk. We talk about how there is only inventory in Denver and he agrees to split the shipping cost with me. This was about 3pm Monday afternoon. Now here comes the good part. At 1pm Tuesday afternoon I get a knock on my door. It is the USF Reddaway delivery guy saying he has something for me. I'm a bit confused trying to think what I had purchased that would be coming in a big delivery truck. To my surprise it is the HON desk. I think this is impossible, they must have found the desk in Salt Lake. No, it had been overnighted from Denver. I felt like I was Samantha on Bewitched. I just twitch my nose and things appear out of thin air. I thought the concept of JIT (just in time inventory was from manufacturer to supplier not from supplier to consumer). I received the order yesterday. Excellent job, delivered as advertised and on time. I have already spoken to our administrative staff about using you when possible. We are mostly pushed to use our in house order forms, I think that they go through Boise Cascade, however it is not unusual for us to need to go outside for items.
