OnTimeSupplies.com gladly accepts School Purchase Orders and Government Purchase Orders!

Please make sure to include the following:

1. Official Purchase Order on school letterhead.

2. For “Ship to” please include: shipping address, attention name, phone number, e-mail address for tracking,

3. For “Bill to” please include: billing address, accounts payable contact phone number & e-mail address.

4. The purchase order number.

5. All items with product item numbers, brief description of the item(s), quantities, total amount with shipping. (We offer free shipping on orders over $75!).

6. We will need a copy of the approved purchase order sent to orders@ontimesupplies.com or you can fax your purchase order to 615-694-0574.
