When ordering a chair mat - how are they measured? For example - a 46x60 mat - does the 60 include the lip or no?

Scroll down to where you see product specs, and here is an example on the UNV56806: Length 48 in Width 36 in Lip Size (W x L) 20 x 12 So on this example the the 48" x 36" is the total size of the chair mat. The lip of the chair mat starts after 36", so that would mean that lip would be the next 12" (that would go under the desk.). The 20" wide part of the lip would go under your desk. Hope this helps!
