These note books are non-perforated and the number of pages on each notebook has the number of pages on the front cover of each notebook. I was not sure if you were looking for spiral non-perforated notebooks or spiral notebooks that have perforated paper. I hate notebooks with perforated pages. I use them for extensive note-taking and journaling, and with any kind of rough handling, the pages detatch and drop out. You can imagine how glad I was to find that OnTimeSupplies still sells spiral-bound notebooks with non-perforated pages! They are, as far as I can tell, the only place in the Western world that still has them so get them while you can!

I am a student and these notebooks work great for me. I like to have one notebook per subject so I buy a bunch of these at the start of the school year. They are fairly small and don't have tons of paper, but I prefer it that way because it takes up less room in my backpack & locker. After I finish using a notebook, I just keep it at home and put a new one in my bag. I wouldn't say they are the best quality but considering they are just for taking notes and will be thrown away at the end of the year, I'm not too concerned with how great and thick the paper is.

These notebooks are great for my needs! Small, only 70 sheets. I use them for reminder notes or when talking on the phone. I just leaving it under my phone, I love it!

Pages not perforated. It would be nice if all notebooks were described as either perforated or not. Otherwise, good product.
