We have been using these towels at our business for a while now and we are satisfied with the item. They are easy to install and the towels pull off nicely without tearing.

At a minimum the product should be shrink wrapped inside the box to protect it from moisture.

Last order was fine. However, we have had one in the past where the towels were wet and unusable. It would be a good idea to at least put the towels in a plastic bag or plastic wrap before packing them in the box.
