What is the outside circumference of this ring? Is measured 3/4 total.

Thank you very much for your question. The metal book rings are measured from the inside, so the inside to inside dimentions are 3/4 of an inch. The actual ring is 2/10 of a centermeter thick.

These are very high quality binder rings and OnTimeSupplies.com has the best price anywhere on the internet. I have ordered the 1" and the 2" rings and they are both well made and easy to use. The rings stay together when I close them, but are easy to open when I need to. I am using them to put together different fabric swatches to send to customers and I trust that they will stand up to the amount of use that they will get. I recommend them completely and the customer service from OnTimeSupplies.com has been great! I am about to order more!

I would highly recommend these binder rings. I am a price shopper and On Time Supplies by far had the best price. I am collating a recipe book and will use these rings to hold them together. The best feature is that they easily open and close so adding additional recipes to the book is a snap. I saw the same rings at other companies but the price is what made me choose to order them from On Time Supplies. I received them promptly and will not hesitate to re-order again in the future. Metal Book Rings. What can I say. Very exciting product that we're talking about here! I purchased these to hold some manuals together that I reference frequently and I have to admit that they do the job. They clasp together easily and work for my purpose.
